Primary school pupils from Coventry visit Parliament

I was delighted to meet and talk to pupils from the school council, and thebrilliant staff, of Edgewick Community Primary School when they came to London to see the Houses of Parliament. They saw how laws were made, walked around the ‘corridors of power’ and asked me some brilliant questions about how I became an MP. It was wonderful to see these bright young people learning about our political system. Please encourage your children’s schools to apply to the UK Parliament Education Service for these tours (engage@parliament.uk). It would be great to see more East Coventry kids in Westminster.
